I'm done with Nordberg. Forever. HA HA HA IT FEELS SO GOOD. I'm tempted to run around and wave my middle finger in the air at the people there, really. Not going to do that, though, I won't stoop to their level.
I just hope those who planned to throw paint at this fugly stone in the school yard go through with it. Everyone in my year hated that damned thing, our previous principal wanted to have it on our school sweaters etc. No. Just ..no.

Although, I'm not gonna get rid of my school that easy *le sigh* My mom is moving a minute away from the school, walking distance >: My sister will also be a pupil there two more years, so I'll undoubtedly hear more from that damned place. Oh well, as long as I don't have to be there every day I think I can live through it.

I got a 4 on my oral exam, did I say that? I'm not happy with that at all, and I do not agree with the evaluation that led to that grade. Alas, there's no point in complaining as it won't make any difference to my acceptance to the school I want to go to. BUT I got a 6 on my written exam, so it evens out. My grade has sunk with 0.10 points, and in theory this shouldn't really make a difference seeing as the lower limit was 5.06 as grade average, and there's been a lot of speculation about this limit going lower (it's a question of how many applicants the school gets and their grades). I do have 5.06 exactly, so I think I could get in but I'm not going to take any chances and make sure I have a regional advantage by "moving to my granddad". Cunning, oh yes.

To end the school rant, I can start telling you about what I've been up to lately.

I've been to Norwegian Wood, which was amazing. I got to see a lot of fantastic bands, and Billy Talent even played a new song! :D I'm thinking I'll make a recap-post sometime but I can't promise anything seeing as when I promise things they never happen. I also got to meet Veera, a girl I until then had only known over teh internetz. That was a lot of fun and she is just way cute. I also got to hang out with Ida, a friend I've had since third grade or sometime around then. I've nearly always been in her class, so I'm glad I had this opportunity to do something really fun together before we go our seperate ways to different schools.

I saw The Happening today. What a vaste of money. I'm starting to think that M. Night Shyalaman, despite his awesome name, is a totally rubbish director. The movie itself seemed like a good movie in the start and until near the ending, where it tripped over it's own feet and went "OOOMPF!" on it's face. I remember seeing The Village some time ago, and the same thing happened then. It was pretty brilliant until the very end, where everything just sucked balls.
I'm not even going to say anything about the actors, but I think I hate Zooey Deschanel.

Tomorrow I'll be departing for Arendal and the Hove Festival for the second time in my life. It's funny to think that I can go back and read my older entries about the first time. It seems like such a long time ago.
The festival has already begun, it did today. I think Jay-Z is playing right now. Oh well, no big loss. My main reason for wanting to go there is tomorrow, when Panic At The Disco, The Kooks and The Wombats play. Then there's The Used on Friday, also a band very high on my list. There are also bands such as In Flames, Killswitch Engage, Beck, Avenged Sevenfold, The Raconteurs and Bad Religion that I want to see, but there's no big loss if I don't.
And overall I just like to be at a happening where music is the main focus of a mass gathering.

I've also changed my layout, courtesy of [info]butterflybox.
